Account

Signing up on 6bet is quick and easy. Registration page Go ahead and enter your full name, mobile number, email, date of birth, preferred username, and password. The entire process takes just 3 steps. After registering, verify your email — and you'll receive your welcome bonus even before your first deposit.

Only one account can be created per mobile number and email address. Creating multiple accounts violates our terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.

For KYC verification, you'll need a scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport, along with a selfie. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. Without KYC verification, large withdrawals may be restricted.

Log in and go to "Profile Settings". Updating your email, mobile number, or password will require OTP verification. To change your name or date of birth, contact support@6bet.life — KYC documents may be required.

Payment

6bet currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳500 BDT. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours of submission. In some cases it may take up to 24 hours. Delays can occur if KYC verification is incomplete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

First, wait 30 minutes — network delays can sometimes cause a lag. If the issue persists, email support@6bet.life with your transaction ID and a screenshot. We'll resolve it within 24 hours.

The maximum daily withdrawal limit for standard users is ৳1,00,000 BDT. VIP members have a higher limit. Contact support to request a limit increase.

6bet does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (such as Mobile Pay or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees.
Bonus

Your welcome bonus is added automatically the first time you make a deposit after registering. The bonus amount and terms may vary over time — visit the promotions page for the latest offers.

Wagering refers to how many times you need to place bets on your bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳5,000 in total bets. Each bonus has its own terms — read them carefully before activating.

Voucher page Go there, enter your voucher code in the box, and click the "Redeem" button. If successful, the bonus will be added to your wallet instantly. Each code can only be used once.

Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires. Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days from the date of activation. Make sure to use your bonus before it runs out.
Betting

Log in and Sports page Go there. Click the "Live" tab to see all ongoing matches. Click on your preferred match to view the odds, then enter your stake in the bet slip and confirm your bet. Live odds update every second.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in certain cases — such as a match cancellation or a technical error — the bet is automatically voided and the full amount is refunded.

Cash Out lets you settle your bet before the match ends, at its current value. It helps reduce your risk. The Cash Out option will appear next to your active bets in your betting history.

on the Match Odds page Go there to find updated odds for all upcoming matches. Odds for cricket, football, tennis, and all other popular sports are updated in real time.
App

Download page Go there and click the Android or iOS link. For Android, enable "Install from unknown sources" to install the APK file. For iOS, you can install it directly from the App Store.

First, fully close the app and reopen it. Check that your internet connection is working. If the issue persists, uninstall the app and install the latest version from the download page. If you're still having trouble, contact support.

Go to the "Notifications" option in the app's settings menu. Toggle live scores, bonus offers, or transaction notifications on or off as you prefer. You can also manage notification permissions from your phone's system settings.
Security

Log in and go to "Security Settings". Click on "Two-Factor Authentication" and verify your mobile number. From that point on, you'll need to enter an SMS OTP each time you log in — this significantly improves your account security.

Email us immediately at support@6bet.life and request a temporary account lock. Change your password, and also update the password on your registered email account. Our security team will investigate promptly.
